Nice Start! I'm on the verge of ordering on of these. How has it been so far?

Saw this yesterday and meant to comment then. For a second....I thought I did BUT.....good ol' ADHD Joe didn't do that.
This is such a cool subject to start with and then you're building it this small scale. I'm more than sure there's going to be some good detailing in this one. Staying tuned in........

I am late to the party. Count me in too! I am trying to understand what is the ‘soft' fabric wrapped around the truck bed and for what purpose?

I am late to the party. Count me in too! I am trying to understand what is the ‘soft' fabric wrapped around the truck bed and for what purpose? It is Kevlar to resist RPGs. "The walls of the box are protected on the side by several layers of Kevlar. There are a few inches between the Kevlar and the sides of the truck to absorb most of the impact and shrapnel if it is hit by a rocket-propelled grenade"grambo.us/atav/iraqarmor.htm

What a cool subject. And it is quite large even in this scale. I'm diggin' it.
