UPCOMING GROUP BUILDS FOR 2024-SIGN UP NOW!!

[406 Silverado]

There are currently three group builds that are upcoming for January 1st. Members can start signing up now and grab those kits.

They are:

1.) “The Big Stuff Group Build” hosted by armornuti (Perry). This build is slated to last until December of 2026 so there’s plenty of time to get a large-scale build finished.

2.) “The Fw190 Butcher Bird Group Build” hosted by me (Joe). This one will last one year ending on December 30, 2024.

3.) Last but not least is the “Born In The USA Automotive Group Build”. This build will last for 6 months ending on June 30, 2024.

Going to be a busy year between these group builds, Facebook GBs and YouTube group builds. Before last year I’d never done any group builds at all but it sure is a good time building with others.

That's exactly the point Kyle and that's how we get to know one another better and form bonds with each other. Just makes for a more tight knit group.

And we have many ideas for future GBs such as Gundam or robots GB. Maybe Helicopter GB and of course more armor GBs especially Halftracks! LOL Guess they will have to wait il mid-2024 or 2025...

I have, what I think is a cool idea, for a very unusual GB (more of a challenge really) that I may throw out there later next year. It should be a really short one though.

Already signed up for the first two. I may join the 3rd - I've been planning a movie car. The Lincoln Continental with the bomb strapped to the hood from Kalifornia. The movie is a '63 and I have a '65 that will have to do.

I’ve been stocking up on half tracks! It’s the next collection that I really want to build. Even picked up both part 1&2 of the half track books from David Doyle. If this one gets started, I’m gonna rock it.

   I would be down for a half track GB, or a transport type vehicle GB. I someday plan on building again the Tamiya Famo/trailer. Or I have several tank haulers.
