What a very cool idea. I need this in my life! I have 1/144 F-14 and A-6 that I put a hook on, years ago! I've also had a 1/48 Stearman as the topper for 20-ish years! What a great tree!!

I mean...it's Eduard, of course they're nice and I have dollars I'd like to part ways with! Where did you get em? From the Eduard store. If you spend $250 its free shipping. The 1/72 overtrees are $11 each

Not sure what that is, but it’s pretty. magnetic holder figured it be useful for holding small things like engines or smaller models, already using it on a little 1/35 tractor

I’ve mostly been behaving myself this year (I’m order to keep the wife from smothering me in my sleep). However I’ve recently stumbled across some pretty good deals on things I’ve wanted so I got them when the getting was good. The pickup and kart will be a tribute to my Dad’s old racing operation. Nothing specific but the kart will go in the bed. The little Airfix Ferrari was cheap and who could pass up such great box art!! And the Williams kit has always eluded me at what I consider a decent price. When I was a kid the Williams-BMWs were among my favorite race cars so I’m glad to add that one.

This is the Atlantis re issue of the old Revell kit. It is another old, '60s kit. It might be next up, I also found a BOMAC flying rocket kit in my stash. Maybe a double build?

I've got the Dragon Ju88P-1 in the stash. I've built the G-6 and really liked it. You'll have to let us know on the ICM kit. The Hobbyboss Fw190/Ta152 family is nice too.

Hi all So a few more acquisitions...all of course absolutely necessary!! ATB Andrew ------------------------------------------------------------- Some masks for current kits: A friend on another forum has dumped all his armour (mainly StuGs) for ships and so is having a clear out and I took these off his hands. Conservatively, I reckon the oils and oilbrushers I bought would cost at least £60 new and probably a bit more. These have barely been used and only cost me £30. And he threw the decals and mask in for nothing. I might see if I can sell them and get few quid back as I won't need them These two were bought new for very reasonable prices new, considering other listings. When you consider these were only £15-16 and a Weekend version is only a few £ cheaper, I think they're excellent value for money. So this was an excellent eBay win at only £19.50 delivered....new is c.£28 and up It was also an example of someone not doing their research......I watched someone on an eBay auction site spend £21 to get a second-hand Weekend version delivered and yet the very same Weekend kit is only £18 brand new....

Nice pickups here folks! I try not to visit this thread to often as I find that my wallet starts itching and playing up. And then there's that voice......... That's all the more reason to visit this page in my humble opinion!! Nice haul. Those airscale decals are so nice but expensive for what they are. John I must admit I had never heard of them. They do look nice but they're not in the scales I work in, so I will off load them somehow. I was quite pleased! Hi all So a few more acquisitions...all of course absolutely necessary!! ATB Andrew So this was an excellent eBay win at only £19.50 delivered....new is c.£28 and up It was also an example of someone not doing their research......I watched someone on an eBay auction site spend £21 to get a second-hand Weekend version delivered and yet the very same Weekend kit is only £18 brand new.... Wait. How did that 1/48 scale bird slide its way in there? 😃 Kyle... I actually have a few 1/48 wingy things in the stash. I have been quite restrained in recent months on that scale but last year I went a bit mad on 1/48 wingy things. By way of example: - According to Scalemates, I have 33 1/48 wingy things in the stash....a reasonable number but still fairly modest, in my opinion!
- However, the 1/72 count for wingy things is a far better number, I think you would agree, at........62!

found this UStar vise on amazon for 38$, mainly wanted something to hold stuff while I paint and weather i’ve been wanting the dspaie one but the price of it in canada is always over 100$.. lol so this one is made very well, premium quality and even has a PE bender. highly recommend That is sweet! I have the dpaie one myself and love it. Of course it was considerably cheaper for than you guys up north. But I really like the addition of the bender. That’s cool!
