Holy SMOKES!! I wasn't ready for the $1500 dollar price tag on it but after seeing the results of the prints that it kicks out I'd say that it was a good investment.

They have a lower cost version of the same printer with a few less features. You can get into it at $499; however, that doesn't include the AMS (multi color) system nor an enclosed print area (required for some higher end filaments). It does get you a great printer. us.store.bambulab.com/collections/3d-printer/products/p1p

Brian have you thought about adding magnets to the sides to "connect" the modules together TJ, proof that great minds think alike...Yes I am already there, if I move away from the gridfinity system, I will probably add magnets on sides to lock the modules together.

You got a great system going here and I'm sure you'll sell. Look for a close IPMS show and buy a table for a trial run. I did that at the beginning of the year and was amazed by how much I sold, almost completely selling out.

Clint, what is your understanding of the Gridfinity License? I don't think I can incorporate gridfinity elements into my models and still be able to sell them, does that jive with what you know?

This is so cool, and that might be the understatement of the week. Thank you for the kind words. You're welcome. The real question is...is this something you would consider purchasing for your bench? Before I answer that, know that I had intended to mention that you should sell them in my original comment. I'm a bad test market because my answer would be maybe, but not likely. It's not the product or design, it's because I know me. I'd have everything in a pile at the front right edge of my bench inside of an hour anyway. But still, maybe..... Main thing is, I wish you the best should you decide to pursue making the organizers available for sale. When I'm done designing, I'm considering opening an etsy store and trying to sell these. The challenge I have to overcome is with the gridfinity system which was released under an open source license. I am considering removing the Gridfinity base from the bottom of the workstations and designing my own docking system for the bays. If desired, I would leave the sizes the same as the Gridfinity base so you could add the Gridfinity system to my organizers. EDIT: That was my first attempt at replying using multiple quotes, I sure made a mess of it. Hope it is sortable....no time to figure it out right now.
