Didnt realise you got heavy snow this year Spud.
I suppose a picture was the least your next door neighbour could do, for You helping her fiddle with her chains !

I believe Tank Workshop sells resin wheels with snow chains for jeep. I brought a set for my M8 Greyhound a while ago. Hope this helps in case it is too complicated to make snow chain.
That lady sure looks like my wife...

I agree with you as it shouldn't be that hard but it will be time consuming process as long as you have the right size of chain and wire to hold them together. I grew up in Buffalo, NY (home of famous Blizzard of 1977) and I see them all the times. Maybe this picture will help?

They look good Spud, I suppose once you have done one, it is easier as you then know at which link to join them, and the leg work can be done on a flat surface ?

i was going to do them like Andy's pic and lay them out and build up the ladder but for some reason i didn't, gluing them in place was easy so i could leave room for one link and attach it after, that might be the quickest way to do it and a less fiddly way

WOW! Great job there! It looks far better than resin tires with snow chains. Jeez! I probably wasted $10-$15 on mine. LOL
