That 262 looks AWESOME especially the paint job. Now you have made me curious why you will not use Revell aquacolor again? I haven't heard about them before... remember I am still novice here.

Hi Andy, The Revell aquacolor is a fairly new range of water based acrylic paints. It brushes well but through the AB it just splatters or if you thin it further it won't cover. It also went like jelly in the AB when thinned with Revells own aquacolor thinner Had to totally strip the AB and rebuild. I'll stick with Tamiya Thanks for the kind words Robbo

Evening fellas and thanks for all the kind words on my builds, more to follow but maybe not today, just got back from a city break in Manchester (UK) and I'm a bit 'tired' ;D @ Luigi, The Dragon 1/48 262 kit was a bit of challenge to tell you the truth, it took a lot of fitting and fettling and a bit of filler to get to here. I know there are newer kits on the market but I picked this up for under £15 compete with etch and I've always loved the light grey nightfighter schemes anyhoo, thanks again fellas, really appreciated

Thanks guys, Dicky, your waaaayyyy to kind Sir AG, yeah I think it's one of early Dragons better kits, shame the paint wouldn't behave but that's how we learn Wouter, Mr Tank did a fine job indeed . I fancy a go at a late D9 in 1/32 ... Maybe if I see one at the right price at Telford

Hello Steve, Hmmmm....now where have I seen that Tornado before? :-) Outstanding work to bring the Me across the finish line. The Fw is amazing. I've been seeing it quite often and, it's very nice to see some other angles. Top shelf work you have there.
