They all seem quite reasonable requests Gary....must admit I've asked for Item 8 too!!!! I made the mistake of paying my doctor a visit when I wasn't about ready to croak! He promptly put me on a diet and an excersise plan. I've lost somewhere between 45 and 50 pounds (his scale) and dropped my blood pressure about 20%. I was happy, and he promptly added on another 25 pounds (guy's trying to kill me) The diet's been pretty easy so far as all I've really done was to cut my red meat intake to about 1/3rd of what it was, and cut my salt intake to almost nothing. Now I'm giving clothes to homeless vets almost on a weekly basis. So far I've lost close to six inches on my waist and three coat sizes. gary

Way to go Sturmbird! Now I know where I have been getting the extra weight from... thanks! I read somewhere that you are from Indy. I live just north of you in Carmel. Send me a message when you have the chance. I'm down in the middle of what's known as "Old Town Greenwood", or about two minutes west of the exit 99 interchange on I-65. I saw you at the IPMS show out on Raymond Street maybe last year or the year before, but you got away before I could say hello. Lastly: this is for all of you folks posting on this forum. There are lots and lots of homeless vets all over the country, and are in dire need of clothing and all the other things that go with it. If any of you are cleaning out your closets, please take the clothes to a local VFW Post, and they'll get them to the folks that need them. We now have women homeless vets as well as men. And they often have children to boot! Most all of us can fill a trash bag with clothes that no longer fit are we just don't want anymore, and trust me there's a need for them constantly! pray for peace! gary

Congrats Gary! That's fantastic! My list? Kinetic 1/48 T-45 Goshawk Academy 1/48 F-4B Phantom Sub-miniature punch and die set Right now I going thru a battle with two major leg infections that have really taken it's toll on me (bug bites!) I am still dieting, but can't get out and walk that four and a half miles like I was doing. Guess I need to see the doctor again, and get lectured again! My goal is to be down to a size 36 pants from a size 46. I plan on doing a couple of the Academy F4B's in the future. I only wish they'd do it in 1/72 scale! Fujimi kits are getting pretty hard to find anymore gary

Don't post your adress, as I'll be over for three fingers of "Blue". I have a virgin bottle of Bushmilles Black waiting for me to finish off the last bit of Tulemere Dew. Gander Mountain has 5.56 in Federal loadings for $499 this week if that matters. Avoid the Russian Walmart stuff as it corrosive. I'm assuming your doing an AR platform. gary

Bob, are you sure 1000 rounds is enough? Not for me... LOL I rarely shoot my Bushmaster anymore (bad juju), but also shoot a completely built 700 Remington in .223 N.M. that has a .246" neck, and a Winchester Lo-Wall (seriously fun to shoot). I'll probably rebarrel the 700 again this Spring with a similar barrel in a 1:10 twist. I want a quarter inch rifle for my coyote rig. gary

I gotta do four engined bombers in 1/72 scale for the size issue alone. I'd really really really like for Revell to do a B17E and maybe a B17C/D. gary

My awesome wife has already got my Krissy present for me! She took advantage of the HLJ Black Monday (izzat right?) sale and bought me some wingys. Hooray! She got a Hasegawa 1/48 F-22 Raptor ($23) and two Hasegawa 1/48 F-16C's ($10 each). Including postage, they were landed at my doorstep here in Perth for around 90 bucks including postage. Sweet!! ;D They are all from the Idolmaster range, which means they are meant to be painted in bright colours and covered in girly decals (literally. Each one has a big anime girl on it. : . Don't mind a bit tho, they are the same plastic as the "proper" kits, and anyway, thats what aftermarket decals are for, of which I have many!! Haven't had a look in the boxes yet (gotta wait for Christmas morning for that!) but I have heard that the F-22 is molded in black and bright pink!! Methinks there will be a lot of grey primer happening!!!..... Man, I love my wife! ;D Cheers, Sam

Hey Tojo, Yeah I have heard good things about it. I have the Academy rendition already, so it will be god to compare them side by side (although probably with sunnies on, considering the fluro pink nature of the Hasegawa kit plastic!!) Cheers, Sam

- Stack-On Cadet 5-drawer project center (got one...want a second for paint and airbrush storage since anything on the bench gets infested with spiderwebs in the summer months) - New TV (our DLP died recently) - Zoukei-Mura A-1J Skyraider - Hobby Boss 1/48 Tornado IDS - Great Wall 1/48 MiG-29 - Hasegawa 1/48 J-35F/J Draken you do realize that your probably gonna have to win Powerball to get that load of requests from Santa? Have you been a good boy??? My DLP is also on it's last leg, but wanting it to last at least another month and a half. gary
