I'm so impressed by the weathering on this vehicle. The mud on the tracks is more realistic than the mud in my garden!! It all goes so well together!

Hi Rob, that really is very nice!!! The way it looks in the last group of photos is totally perfect, I can't imagine any way in which it could possibly be any better. Inspirational!!

Thanks fellas, good to hear you like the old gal. I could add more layered effects but am going to leave it as is. Final pics will be added to the Gallery...when I take them.

These photos show the colors much better ! There's good depth and each color looks interesting. It works, so I say : A COMPLETE STUNNER !

Fantastic build!! I will look on it every minute when I stat to do my KV-1 this year I like it very much! But it has very strange decals. They incomplete and have one missing verb. So, it is unknown what russian tankers was wanted to do with that "Fascist bastards” Nothing good i think... It must be like this: www.kv1ehkranami.narod.ru/big/big_kv1-rkka-005.jpg [/img] The slogan means (not excat translation): "beat fascist bastards!".

Thanks Saleh. Yeah we went over that early in the painting and I figured I'd leave it as is since so much painting and weathering was already done. I will in the future check with you guys before applyying decs.
Cool pic of the KV I
