Thanks Rob. Decals have gone on and a flat varnish coat over the top then back in the box to dry. Hopefully get some pics up tomorrow after I give her another filter or two and then I'll start on the undercarraige bits. A bit back to front but it works for me. Laters peeps.

Wouts is right Paul - subtle but ya can see the effect - toned down the harshness between colours and generally given it a nice faded look overall. Wouts - Belgian variant mods?.....what's that then, seventeen beer crates on the back? (((LOL))) LOL ;D ;D ;D Nah, the Belgian Leo received some modernisation in the 90's (Leo 1A5BE) but to be honest I don't know exactly which ones. A Belgian Modeller who was actually a tank commander in the past build one with the conversion scratched. I checked out his blog but the pictures had dissapeared. He actually won a gong on Euro last year or a couple of years ago if I'm not mistaken And where are those pics Paul? Cheers

Next layer of wash & filter now drying. lights probaby next . Hadn't originally given much tought to a base tbh jackwagon , but I'm minded to just try a nice simple sandpaper tarmac type of set up. Minimum input - some sandpaper, glue and maybe a bit of paint, for a hopefully half decent result. We shall see... Cheers Robbo. P
