This one's been sitting on the shelf for some time now, so when I got hold of this: I got the urge to get it going, so besides the obvious kit itself these AM will be joining the kit: As you can see it's the Stridsvagn S 103C which is the last version, therefore Leopard 2 tracks which they started to use in the 1970's.

ChrisS - As jackwagon said thats the one ;D, good to have you along jackwagon - It's actually a 60's design, which make it even more fantastic looking at it . The secret front fence are not part of the kit but I was thinking about having a look at it .

Somewhat late to this party but I'm here now. Got one of these in the stash so looking out for tips. Might do mine blue and yellow though - just for a change! Can't beleive that the fence was a state secret in the firstplace- never mind for so long P

jackwagon - The Stridsvagn S 103C version uses the same Diehl tracks as the Leopard 2, which are the tracks I have. Do you know what version Trumpeter are going to release tracks for???, if it's for the early versions A/B (have plans for an early at some point, maybe with some interior ) that would be great since there are no AM tracks for them. The running gear are not in any way Leo1, road wheels are same type as on the Centurion. Update inbound soon.

jackwagon - Thanks mate, yeah the hatch is fiddly but it does look good finished . Besides my book there are some walkaround's on primeportal that are great with some brilliant closeup detail shots . JT - Good to have you along. Paul - Go for it. The AM barrel is worth every penny you spend (most are inexpensive considering the benefits), they look great on and you don't have to sand any seams. Spud - Yeah it's the Porsche of MBT's.
