Thanks Guys this is a commission build and as such sometimes the customer wants something else I like to have customer input so he or she gets the best result for them. In this case we got rid of the turret and have gone for a battle run type entrance nothing to fancy but some signage and posts its a little static ,but that's how they want it. . DSC08698 by macmcconnell, on Flickr. The T80 needs blending with the ground work as it was done in a more dusty summer range now its early winter. . DSC08697 by macmcconnell, on Flickr. . DSC08689 by macmcconnell, on Flickr. I added a UAZ-469 range control great little build still on the weathering table at the moment. .One thing I have had help with is improving my ground work from the great bushmaster him self Andy green fingers ,well gold now ah Andy I have had many chats and its paying off '. . DSC08691 by macmcconnell, on Flickr. Sorry not been around last few weeks ,but back on form now Mac

Lovely little dio, Mac The UAZ is a kit I'll definitely get sooner or later, it's a nice addition to any modern Russian dio.

Nice layout and ground work Mac! The customer's king in these situations but even with those dictates it's looking top notch.

Well over the last week I struggled with this something was missing, I had spent time on the uaz mud weathering then I knew what I needed to do I nice muddy range road its a normal Tarmac job covered in Mud. My T80 has arrived from a road run and was quiet dry but after a few miles on the range road is starting to mud up. This I am now working in the gloss of the fresh mud working up the rear front and sides I don't want to over do it but I think its made a massive difference to the Diorama. . DSC08718 by macmcconnell, on Flickr. . DSC08709 by macmcconnell, on Flickr. . DSC08712 by macmcconnell, on Flickr. I really like the gloss and the matts next up the figures. Rgs Mac

Great work on the mud... they do look pretty realistic now and wet! Makes sense... mud would be where frequent stops are made especially at check points. Well done my friend!
