Looking good T! You're moving along pretty fast with this one, will be built in no time! Don't sweat the tracks, they have the advantage of being workable...just build them in "pairs" and then daisy-chain them together and you'll have 'em assembled in no time.

Thanks Bill!! Appreciate you stopping by!! With the SMA Big Spring Contest (Shameless plug), there is the 3 month time frame. So there is a bit of "speed" building. I fully intend on picking another one of these up at some point, they build up very nice! Thanks for the heads up on the tracks...seems to be the trick! Thinking I am ahead of the game a little, so backing it down here and there might be on the menu. Still working on a few parts like the tracks and wheels, not to mention selecting base materials. Did manage to bring some of this to prime time. No too much but forward progress!! I will plug away on the small items and I am getting ready to start laying some base coats soon. Thanks for having a LQQY!!

Thanks!! LOL...very decieving ER! I am still adding a bit of wear to the road wheels and tires, trackassembly and a couple of smaller items. I will be lucky if I am able to lay some base paint down this weekend!

the bronco tracks are quite time consuming, will be adding some wear and tear after I finished it, good thing your working towards with the base coating. still have to plan how to make the thermal pads and Barracuda Netting.

Glad to have you along for the ride Gert!!! Thanks BTW!! Back at it tonight. I have some planning before I attack the paint work, but I was able to get a base coat to prepare for the paint work. Some flat brown for starters. Flat brown is a great starting point for any rusting. Adding a touch of Orange to the Brown I filled in the empty areas and then added a little Deck Tan with a touch of Flesh color for highlighting. Digging in, I will move forward on the track TINY buggers and distressing the rubber on the wheels too! Always great to see you stopping by!!

Now I see the picture T, another rusting masterpiece!!! you trickster!!! lol BTW I thought you might get use of this I got it from a fellow IPMS member book, called the German HT 1945 something and It caught my attention if my memory serves me right lol, I'm just a little lazy these days since a friend of mine set me up for a blind date to get me off the bench. I lost my mojo quite a long time ever since I restarted modelling again, if you remember our little talked lol anyway to make the long story short, I just took it from my phone... Might give you another Idea about TRM stuck in a Tree

we still had 2 1/2 months of build time, you finish the kitten in less than 2 months... this one would be easy for you, not a lot of wreck the HT just stuck in a tree stump. Can't think of something to name it, T that's why I put you first stuck in a tree, maybe Capt. Nautilus would think of something lol!!! My friend thought I might try to touch oops or work a different model ROFL
