Andrey
Work is still award winning excellent making me wish I could do as well, on some of the turrets you are using what look like the OOB periscope covers while others have what appears to be a white metal AM cover. I was wondering if that is AM who made it?
Bones.

wow these are looking awesome. Love all the extra work you've put into them. I have 5 KV's on the shelf and I think this is the mojo I need to final get to them. I may incorporate my destroyed KVI and two other KVI's in a triple tank dio....hhhmmmmm
oh yeah, I can't wait to see the paint finally going on these beasts.

Keep coming back to this thread for some inspiration to continue with my KV collection. Mind you, mine won't be as detailed as these here, but instead are to just get them off the shelf. I look forward to seeing these babies in some 4BO

Andry
When you get these finished they should be in a show, the effort you have made with the detail has to be award winning.

Fantastic work on the trans comp. That's one thing I still need to scratchbuild for my wrecked KVI. My idea is to make masters and cast them in resin. This way I can make enough for any and all blown apart KV tanks, and the open hatches like you did here. This is gonna look great when it's all finished and painted.
Question for you Andrey. I started a sub board for wrecked KV tanks, would you mind if I moved this thread there (KV Wreck-fest) too ??

This way I can make enough for any and all blown apart KV tanks, and the open hatches like you did here. I didn't find any resin trans for KV on the market. If you make one, it will be relief for many modelers. Question for you Andrey. I started a sub board for wrecked KV tanks, would you mind if I moved this thread there (KV Wreck-fest) too ?? Ok. I dont mind.

Andrey
It just keeps getting better, you really know your stuff. MSD Micro Scale Design makes or made an engine and transmission though I think yours is better than the MSD one for detail. I like the one done by ARMO for the T34 which is very similar to the KV set up.
