Here you are my next project: I hope to start it in the next few days. I will experiment rust, whitewash and some new mud technique on it. It should be fun, at least for me

Thanks guys I'm thinking about an extension of the bench, as it is way too small for most projects.

Just for a start, that's a stunning kit. It comes with a full PE set, engine, interior details, tarpaulin on or off, fully workable tracks, crisp and minimal detail. And that's OOB... And I will test for you the new scrappable whitewash I got from True Earth

Thanks for the pic, it's really welcome It's nice to see how the rust streaks flow on the wooden cabin. But I'm not going to do it that way

This should be fun Luigi, I'll be following along ...not only to see you work your magic but to see if MrT can nag you into adding just a few extra rust streaks ;D

LOL....not yet you say!!! Let's say that I've already seen how much it costs a T-70 And that's an answer, I think... Steve, it'll be a test for rusting and streaking, so it's nearly impossible to make me want to add more And I'm sure I'll need all the help I can get, I'm heading towards unknown territories And that's what makes this build so fun.

Build it the way you want Luigi!!! There will be plenty of time to break something ;D No worries on the help end of things....plenty of us here to lend a hand where we can!!! Any junk, old, half built kits lying around in that Luigi Cave? Perfect place to start down the road to destruction!!!

Looking forward to seeing this one. It looks great in the old films of dozens of them in their parade.

Thanks guy, it's great to have so much support I started assembling the engine. I'll try to post some pics later. The engine is a kit in itself, 36 pieces including photoetch. It's a well known GMC 4-71 diesel, so I found a lot of reference pics, unfortunately none of it installed on the YA in colour.

First pictures of the ongoing work: I'll have to wait for the tamiya glue to fully cure before going on, as I have to sand and fill some imperfections on the transmission case.
