Well, you know how to make things hard on yourself by building Skif kits! That said, I think you have done really well, the PE certainly helps. Great job on a less common T Tank.

I've got one of these waiting for me in the stash with all of the aftermarket (because NO ONE was ever going to do a new tooling of a T-64, right?), hope I can pull it off as well as you did. Nice!

Dupes, Trumpeter just released two T-64s... and more will come ;D You can see them here I'm waiting for the BV 1-2 weeks (I hope so) and this will be finished. Needs some more paint job and a lot of mud/dust.

Splendid rework of a truly awful kit. Last year I did a conversion on a Skif T-80 UM and almost wanted to slit my wrists on opening the box it was so ugly.
Unlike me, however, you have improved the original kit to a level that's impressive to say the least. Great work
Regards, Mark

Whatever the kits issue you seem to be taking them in stride. Good work.

Hi all! Thanks for the lots of positive feedback. Now the project will be stopped for some days, because I have to build 1:1 (furniture assembly, etc...). Hopefully I can continue in some days.

Dupes - the T64 from Trumpeter is very nice and a very nice example was built by our very own Mark (Reserve) oin his one man Soviet Armour group build lol I don't doubt it is, Dicky! The question now (as with any new tool) is do I dump the old guy with all of the add-ons for a fraction of the cost to get the new one? Or suck it up and work with what I've got?

Nice work there Mokush! Love the way you're breathing new life into that kit. At least half my stash is made up of kits of similar 'quality'...although, I have to admit to not being brave enough to tackle a Skif kit Cheers, dierk

Hi All! KMT-6 finished and attached... it's very far from perfect (even far from acceptable ), but for this project... I used 0,3mm wire from RB models. For the first some attemts it fall into threads when it was cut Today I started from the beginning, but first I did some heat treatments and it worked perfectly... here You can see the result. Now I'm in the finish... time to make it dirty All comments are welcome. @exrememal - I also used copies of parts of my Zvezda T-80. I'm waiting for the T-80s from XactScale and Trumpy, so I sold mine one and the T-72 too
