Lol thanks Andy, one thing I hate is a messy work area it's easier to work when it's tidy

Ya Boo, hope you guys nail the right one, and have a model bunker or loft to sniff paint and glue them fingers together.
I do like my bunker, war movies and all!
Best of luck Bro, Ski.

I just realized something as I looked at Russ' pics above.....
If I had to re-locate from my cave- I could settle down in anyone else in about an hour and resume modeling quite happily. :-)

No Boo- just saying I would like to "take possession" of some of these work spaces. Steve

No kidding about AK bottles being prone for tipping over. It happened recently so I am very interested to learn about those bottle holders and where can I order them?
Great looking bench by the way!!!

That is just a test in mdf, I shall do some in acrylic which is a little more durable, yes I can cut some, but Ill have to run it by Mr Scratchmod first What will you use to cut the holes in the acrylic? I'm planning on building me a portable mancave with a metal suitcase and I have to build all the holders.

Why not take a chunk of 2x4 or somesuch and run the appropriate size speedbore about an inch into it? Would be kinda crude looking but would be cheap and effective until one found a way to duplicate 28's great work.

LOL! My iPhone is always within my reach... can't live without it unfortunately. That's something you need to share with AK guys to create wider bottles or some bottle holders.

LOL...not sure it's the 'wider bottle' that is needed...that looks like operator error from here!! ;D ;D 28 has the S**T there with the holders!!! FYI...would love to see a set offered in acrylic with the MSC logo etched into it!!

OK, I'll bite. Keep in mind that a revamp is coming soon and perhaps I'll not be so embarrased. Entrance Keep in mind I do alot of different things down here Not model ralated but some may find this interesting My bench used to be big enough until this thing grew on it So that's my version of rural decay. As noted, a remodel is coming in the near future. Regards, Mark

OK, I'll bite. Keep in mind that a revamp is coming soon and perhaps I'll not be so embarrassed. Regards, Mark Mark- why in the world would you be embarrassed of that workspace? Obviously, you had a choice between drywall and an M4 and you chose correctly! ;D ;D Seriously- these are work spaces first! I know some guys are fortunate to start with a spare room in the main part of their home. But I have seen MANY great work areas built in sheds- basements or garages. This one works for you- and would do fine for me as well! Steve
