Gary- LOLOL I did try to create cleavage last night but nothing worked. DAMN IT! Maybe I will try darker flesh tonight... doing my best to make you guys happy. Toned down the hot pink to make it look like well used towel. Don't think they had brand new towels at near end of war you know?
Carl- I had too much fun... normally I spent 1-2 hours at the bench before I go to bed but last night 4 hours. Made a good process on the figures finally. LOL I plan to add off white to the GIs eyes next... for French girls, their eyes are badly molded so I will keep them in dark paints unfortunately. Me very disappointed despite how much money I paid and long period waiting for it to arrive from Russia... I don't think I will order more from Stalingrad again. Body figures are the BEST so far next to Alpine figures as you can see.
Dicky- LOL I wish I am as quick and good as you are! For now I will finish the figures then put this on hold so we can build something exciting soon! I might even work on a very secret project for the DUKW if I have time...

Joe- Unfortunately I like to include figures... it is a personal rule of mine to include figures in all armors builds. This time I went for four figures  It takes time to paint them. LOL Glad you liked them too... Pete- LOL! Ducks love me I think... thanks buddy! Guys- The package has arrived FINALLY! Ordered five weeks ago all the way from China. Yep, a secret project for DUWK! I think I will do it before the November 1st deadline that our friend Dicky gave me.  You will laugh when you find out what is in it... this time we will blame our buddy Gary. Guys- OK here's the secret project. Thought it would take me one night to finish this... BIG MISTAKE! Five hours and it is about 75% completed. BUT it was FUN!!! Went bed at 3am... crap, day will be a long day for me today. Are you firkin' kidding me?!?!? Huge box just for one little piece of PE set... BUT I love that Chinese eBay seller now!  While painting the stowage I realized how dull they looked... all brown, green and drab. Needed something eye catchy... BANG! A bike... just like Gary did to his StuG a while ago. Now we have something we can blame him for delaying my DUWK project...  Trimming parts off was not easy...  That part was NO FUN even tho... created springs under the seat...  Wheels...  So far...  Now try to be nice to me today... I did something last night. LOLOLOL HAPPY HALLOWEEN my buddies!

Just saw announcement Halloween trick-n-treating has been postponed to tomorrow due to weather... thunderstorms & lighting. Perfect for Halloween... so it means bench time as soon as the TV repairman is done fixing our 18 months old TV. Unbelievable... thank goodness we purchased extended warranty for this which we normally don't do.

Gary- LOL! Not bad idea... but you have given me another idea what I should put inside the DUKW... it means few more days delay. OH NO! LOL Thank you my brother!
Dave- I was surprised I only cussed maybe once or twice the whole time. PE set from ET is AWESOME! Perfect fitting... easy to cut... easy to bend but it doesn't break! I can see myself ordering more sets from ET Despite my deafness, I still can cuss very clearly that anybody can understand me! LOLOL

I think the bicycle is a very nice detail and have not tried one because I could not imagine the spokes being anything to look at but I know see it looks like it MAY be worth a chance. In any event we think it is just beautiful.

Bones- Thanks my friend! I thought it'd make a nice addition... something unusual! Often I see bikes on rear of tanks or trucks so why can't there be one in a DUKW??? Dave- Especially my favorite middle finger signal... LOL I better shut up or those mods will get me!  Tanker- I was thinking red... Gary did yellow. Red is popular choice for bikes... it will be a nice contrast against the stowage. That German rider didn't look too good. Terribly molded... have no plan to use so it will end up in the trash unless you want it... then its yours! Deaf- Thanks buddy! Figure painting is still my favorite part of modeling... hope to finish them tonight or tomorrow so I can start a new build for the duel with Dicky. Dicky- No kidding about ET Models! It was not expensive for the bike either. Too bad it was impossible to find them here in USA so I had to order from China. Hopefully they will find more US distributors. I found Voyager to be way too fragile that they break apart if you bent more than twice. Unfortunately sometimes it is the only available for certain kits...
