That's one mighty big pea shooter there Tony. You can really see how big it was with the fig standing there. The figs sure does add that sense of ......well, it's a freakin HUGE gun. I'm really liking this kit, especially all the details.

NO Paintin because we got 9 inches of rain the past two and a half days. But I did get a head start on the Flak 37 version of the Grille 10. It's wetter than wet around here. Tony lee

9 inches of rain is exactly double what we get in a year.
I'm lovin' the build, water or no.

Hey Dan how about a dash of period GREEN base color? I don't believe there are any actual pictures of the Grille 10 in Italy but for that period of time they changed to a base color of green, I think, with dark yellow overlay pattern. Some even had a bit of brown along with the yellow. Without proof of color it's wide open for artistic interpretation. "G"man last year we were dusty as snuff around here at this time and stayed that way almost the rest of the year. Folks happy you like it as much as I do,Thanks Tony lee

Nice looking green there Tony. 70lbs of Fruils sounds about right, that ought to keep you going for a little while...just don't let that small fire singe your nose hairs!
