Hmm... Should have read this first. I am afraid my pictures are too large and will have to be resized. Made them 1024 pixels wide as being accepted on another forum I won´t mention anymore...

Looks like Photobucket changed the links again. I cannot find the IMG code to a picture, there only is the larger code starting with http://... with the IMG code in between. Weird...

Thomas,when you click on the upload button in PB,there is an option that shows up Customize upload options,click on there,and it gives you a choice of pixel sizes.the 800x600 is best for MSC

Checking the settings in my PB account I found why I got a IMG link that directed back to my PB album:
Go to your PB User Settings -> Albums:

There is a Link Back Option, uncheck it and the IMG link won´t get people back to your album!

For those with problems at Photo-Bucket up load I had all those issues and surfed around on the page for uploads and found an option for "Bulk Uploads" and changed to that setting and no longer have any problem with size or uploads like before.

You have to access the image you want to post directly from PB, copy the IMG address and paste it here on the forum.

Aiden,  I think I figured out what you may be doing here....

When you click and copy or just copy the from Photobucket, all you need to do is paste it directly into the editing box only.  If you use the Image Icon above the Editing Box on the "Reply Page" and paste it in there, tha is exactly what will come out.  With the Image Icon the sytem is trying to convert an http/ image to BBCode so the picture will show.

Hello, I just joined and would like to post some of my works in the gallery. I noticed that the first post here stated only a few sites were acceptable to link photos from using the IMG code, and I was wondering if tumblr was one of them, as I've posted most of my work there at 500 pixels for easy linking. If this is not among the accepted sites I'd be happy to just upload them. I would assume tumblr is acceptable for image hosting but just wanted to check in first to be certain. Thank you for your help!
