Hey Chris!! Thanks for swinging in! Appreciate the kind word my friend! I have to make up with the AB in what I might lack in the oil brush!! LOL!! The eye will make of break me at this point!! All or nuffin'!
Thought yer said 'Muffin' then lol mmm , seriously tho ,its your undercoats that play a big part in your oil work as the oils are transparent to a point ,so your underlying AB work will still show through ,depending on how heavy/light you go with the oils ,but you shouldnt need to use much
Sounds right and from one of the foremost authorities in the figure world for as far as I am concerned! I am thinking a couple of washes, maybe a dot or two here and there. These figures are pretty much effortless! I will be investing in one or two in the near future I think! I know the base product plays a huge role in how these busts come out!
Thanks Leon!! Every little bit brings something out. Still need to do more detail painting!!
The eyes were bugging me! LOL!! I we have another look at them tomorrow with a set of fresh eyes...mine!!
Thinking one of the kids might have messed with the camera..not as clear but you get the ...umm, picture!! Not to mention, I have no idea what the frig that white spot on the second pic is...right on the chin!!
Off to work some wheels on a BMP!! Thanks for stopping by!!
Making good progress here T amongst all the other stuff you've got going on...just so long as you don't forget what is what...would hate for you to start applying tire pigments to the figure by accident!
LOL...true Bill! Thank you BTW! Ya know, tire pigments...fig...nah, I will wait on that one!! LOL!! 5 is the total right now on the move! Will have one or two out in the open soon I suppose. Then things can calm down for a spell! Yeah right!!
