Euro Militaire Trip!

Hi everyone! This will be my first ever trip to EM and I'm really excited! I am planning on staying for the two days (I'm travelling up from Sussex) and I was wondering if any of you guys here would recommend anywhere in particular to stay on the Saturday night? I hope to meet loads of you guys there!

Dennis....it may have escaped your notice,but most of us have GreyHair/No Hair/Very little hair.....delete as appropriate!!!...Me and a couple of the other guys KNOW what yer look like,so if you don't talk to many people,yer'll know why!!!! .BTW,where do you normally drink on the Saturday nite?? ;)We normally hit the Carlton,as Ken has already said!(Cos it's cheap,and has a Night porter!!! )

Just a quick shout out to you chaps i need your opinions i have been thinking of entering the Tusky into the comp and i am unsure if i should bother last year i did not do very well due to the exceptional standard of the models there so what should i do?

Tonight i made a base for the Tusk still need to put a name plate on yet

Dan....as with ALL comps,a lot depends on the judges knowledge of the subject......but if yer don't enter,you'll never know,will ya???.Mac can tell you a lot more about what judges look for,but if it's well built,and even better painted,what have ya got to lose???

Thanks Andy i will enter it and see what happens i wonder what will be the vehicle to catch there eye this year as last year the halftrack was popular in the winning not long now cant wait

Dan looks fine could do with a name plate to finish it off, I only use to bother about the model ,but its the whole package these days.
You should enter then as Dicky myself Andy and others do see the judges from our class at the end to get some hints and tips.
Tony Greenland is normally chief judge for armour and is always on hand to give advice.
Your model looks fine so good luck.
