Pin washing? You washed your pins? Must be a Texas thing. LOL It looks good to me... silly of you asking for our approval... you won several MoMs so you don't need our permission to go to bathroom or eat a sub from Subway or take one of Cowgirls out for one night stand thing. Do whatever you want because we all know it will be another stunning build!!!

Cool video bro ! Looks like the dulcote worked good at getting the finish , well , dulled .. I use the same process as you with the Future and wash's . As for the satin looking finish that's the same prob I have with matt coat over Future .

Gary, this one is really looking good.
Question,if using that Testors Laquer Dullcoat, can you weather with AK or Mig products, won't the enamel attack that Dullcoat,

Hey fellas, The Flat coat isnt dry yet so my weathering is gonna be delayed another day me thinks. Been chilly and rainy here so i think it affected the drying time. I tested the bottom with some Odorless Spirits and it went through to the Gloss. SO.....its time to watch a movie i reckon.

Damm . . . that paint scheme looks terrific bro! I was going to tease you about doing some heavy mud whopping weathering but I’d leave it looking in fairly new condition.

Have you ever had issues with it? No Gary,I never tried,I just assumed it would be trouble,Thats why I clear coat in acrylics so I could weather with the enamels.I would like to see how it works out, because that Testors stuff is much easier to use.

The Testors Dullcoat is all I have ever used. Once it cures its very durable. I have used turpentine and mineral spirits over it with no problems. I think the trick with this stuff is to let it cure good. The Sherman that I’m currently working on had a week to cure. I sprayed the Dullcoat on one week end, then started weathering the next week end.

EDDY, Sup my friend! Thanks for stoppin by bro. Man, im not sure yet just how far im gonna weather or should i say "Dirty" it up. Ill fade it a bit and add some weather streaks, dust and the like....maybe some splatters, but you know im not a big fan of Muddying my tanks unless its gonna set on a base with ground work. Anthony, John - Im gonna let it cure up another day er 2 then do a test spot again. Fingers crossed! Rob, thanks bro! I got lucky on my AB work i reckon, havent done any weathering other than Pin wash.
