Are you still going with the Blue, pink and silver green as planned? Yup, You know it Phil! Thinkin of adding some yellow glitter paint too.....just a wee bit. Same colors of me favorite Kiltutu! LOL Thanks for tha good words fellers! Im gonna prime this bad boy at some point today. Gonna use Tamiya Buff thinned with strong Lacquer thinner for primer....it'll bite the plastic nicely. Ill preshade and base coat at some point this weekend baring any other stuff that may arise.

LOL Nemo, i may have exaggerated the "starvin" part a bit, but i spent many a dollar at McDonalds. Never been accused of missin a meal neither! Well fellas, i have applied a primer coat using Tamiya Buff. I gotta say, putting the tow cables on right were a pain in the A$$....never used the string/twine whatever ya call it type of material that came in the kit. I also discovered many mistakes i made i the build. I can fix a couple but if i do them all that means breakin off parts to fill in ejector marks.......AAAARRRRRGGGG! Oh well.....reckon its a learning experience for the next T-90. Next will be preshade then base coat....after a couple repairs. Cheers~ You know what they say . . . if it looks like, rolls like, and carries a big gun it’s a T-90 . . . n’ough said! BTW, that’s a good example of a Mc D’s pre-fried French fry buff you’ve sprayed there Gary. Can’t wait for the pickle green and meat brown.

Nice making things all one coloriization GB. When I think of priming, I think of primer, not a color. Is there a reason why you use an acrylic paint instead?

Hello fellas, Your awesome comments are most appreciated......thanks guys! Jeff - I used Tamiya Buff as primer because ill be using Lifecolor ill be useing as basecoat and it shoots kinda transparent so it will keep me from havin to apply more coats. With Klean Strip Lacquer thinner used in the Buff, it real adheres to the plastic awesome.......plus i need to get me some primer. Phil - No garden here fella. I just scribed marks along the length of the log.

WOW....mighty strong word there Nemo....aw shucks! Thanks my friend. Boots, I feel ya bro! Your build aint really complete lessen ya knock a couple parts off here and there. Hey fellers, I decided to build me a paint rack outta some cheap small planks i got from Home Depot. Its outside right now drying with some stain on it or id bring it in and snap a pic, but it stinks! Here is a pic of it right after i put it together. Its 3' long x 14-1/2" Tall x 2-1/2" Deep. Ill work on the T-90 tomorrow.

I'm completely the opposite. As soon as my shelves were dry to the touch I hung 'em. The stain and gloss lacquer has no effect on me. Now I went through several liquid cements and found that Ambroid sets well with me without any problems but that Tamiya Extra Thin is a problem... ... causing me to use a fan in the area or, else. I had asthma as a child so that could be the deal... and maybe, I have built a tolerance on the wood chemicals too? But we need to see those shelves when they are finished! Jeff
