Thanks Deano Another couple of W.I.P pic's... Hairspray whitewash, then some surface rendering with some new enamel washes. Not the best in the world as they dry a bit sticky - I will probably go back to the oil paints! More to come Cheers Joe

Looking good so far Joe! Enamel washes are drying sticky? That's unusual, must be something in the way they are mixed...normally enamel washes will dry pretty fast with no residue unless there's some contamination in the carrier.

Thanks Dan, Ill try to remember that next time I build a Tiger Thank you to everyone for your comments Worked a little bit on the pigments today... So, unfortunately After taking this picture there was a bit of a disaster with the pigments... I went a bit over the top and pretty much ruined the whole build. Its a shame because this was definitely one of my favourite builds to date. Note to self, practice on an old model first! Thank you to everyone who has followed the thread, I have a Tamiya 1/48 king tiger up next so I will be starting a new thread soon. Thanks again, Joe
