According to a text I just got from Rob- this project is done! Someone has been slinging pigments all day I guess! :-) I'll be up late making sure I see the pics! Steve That Rob is a pretty good guy Steve!

Thanks gents for the comments. She is basically done now that the AK fixer is dry. I just have to add one more thing to add to the base...a bit more eye candy and realism.
pics a bit later when it is completely finished. Will then touch up the black on the base and clear coat. Then she is ready for the show.

Excellent work as usual Rob , I woud luv to see this in persaon to fully appreciate it . Its a busy piece of work , loads of tones , textures and effects .... awesome!

oops, sorry fellas, got so busy with other things I forgot to look and reply here. I thank you all for the kind words. It was fun when the mojo was there. Andy, The water effects are from dyed clear resin and also Vallejo still water effects.I hope he's happy with it..lol. We'll see in a few days when I hand it over to him.
Deano, thanks mate. a dio like this needs the color and tonal variations, just makes it look better and gives the viewer something to look at.
Guy, thanks my friend. the little stuff, iron etc, was fun to do.
SteveM, thanks bud.It's busy but not so much that the viewer gets lost.
