Even my daughter who really doesn't care about this stuff was impressed when she saw that.

Thnx folks! I'm very glad you like this. Cool! It's always nice to inspire people with "different" stuff. I could also print a sootp model (straight out of the printer ) and when I screw up I can print it again. (Almost unbelievable realy. When I screw up evergreen scratched stuff (which I did a lot) I had to start all over again.) Haha, thnx! After some intensive painting of the Kfz 223 I swapped to another model as I always do when I finished a "milestone". But will pick this one up again within a couple of weeks. Bye, Marcel.

Hi folks, I've picked this one up. =) Replaced the KF 223 for a BMW R75 motorcycle since the SM 79 wreckage & KF 223 were fighting for attention. I guess this composition is more in balance. A Legend figure will be placed on the BMRW. Meanwhile a started dressing up the scene: Will be drying now for a couple of hours before adding a layer of rock color on the foam & charcoal. Quite a fun ride after my stressful MIG 3 project.cheers, Marcel.

Nice to see this one come back around Marcel! The idea of the motorcycle as a replacement should do the trick in terms of keeping the focus where you want it, on that magnificent set of wreckage!

Thnx again folks! Glad you like it. Yep. The Kfz 223 & the wreckage were both screaming for attention and I'm glad I did the replacement. But what to do with the still lonely Kfz 223? Don't know yet. Meanwhile I putted some basic paint layers on the base: Next will be adding sand, pigments, dry weed, small rocks/pebbles etc... Bye, Marcel.

Thnx Elco. Made some progress on the base. I just leave it for now and gonna start on the wrecked frame. Will finish the base 100% when the frame is implemented in the dio. Cheers, Marcel.
