Im planning to do the 'snorkel-deployed' position for this critter. The kit is very good for me and i had a great time building it. It has fine details plus a light and easy build except for a few speedbumps in building the link and length tracks. I love the details of the engine deck and the turret details as well. So far, the build is on this stage. Profile shots: Snorkel hatch: Together with the T-62MV Here are the 2-piece snorkel tubes that came with the kit: I tried to dry-fit the 2 tubes in the snorkel hatch. Does it look like this? the 2 tubes mated together? Or the other tube goes and fits to another vent? cheers! iking

Thanks Sniper and DPanzer! I managed to find my way on how to install the snorkels. The lower tube was cut and i removed the curved area. That part goes to the rear engine deck. I then proceeded with the scratchbuilt snorkel brackets. These were made from spare PE frames that came with the kit. A little shaving, sanding and polishing are involved before making the snorkels ready for installment. After that, the tubes were mated together and placed on their respective ports. Now I need those butterfly screws for the scratchbuilt snorkel clamps that i made. Cheers guys! Iking

That is cool! It also solves one of the great mysteries I've often wondered about...just how deep these were meant to be able to go with their fording capabilities! Nice solution and scratch-work on the clamps.
