Always hard to find that natural stopping point eh Deano?  It's usually about 5 minutes before that little voice says, maybe just a little bit more...  Nice work on the figs and everything else on this little guy. |

Thanks T, Bill ....yeah easy to get carried away with things . Ok today the base was poured and the tracks were keyed to the base .... this will make it easier to fix in the finish ...........    Gonna have to finish the Stug while this sets , yipee! |

Dig the base... it makes sense to make them high because of its size. Great start buddy!

Hi Andy , Lui went for a small base as I really only wanted to display the panzer . I was originally gonna do a muddy/snow finish but think I will just go with snow |

Seems I have overlooked something here! Man, those 1:72 Deano stuff looks even better than some 1:35 builds I have seen in print media or modeling magazines. Unbelievable what you are doing all the time!

The snow is perfect! What did you use?? Looks a bit like the artificial snow from marble powder?

Thanks Frank , I only ever use the bicarbe method as its cheap and easy to do . Never had the discolouring that other modellers have had but then I dont use as much glue .... 3rd glue, 3rd water and 3rd bicarb . It does end up thinner this way but I build it up in several layers .
