Hard to believe that the kit is already that old. Was a great kit compared to the 70's Tamiya Tiger. Look forward to seeing what you do with this one.

ER, the library should help a little....if not, you will be in there just clicking on links for a while!!! Putting them in there, I got lost a couple time just link jumping! Spud has it right too.....goooooooooooogle! Don't worry too much on nailing down one particular wreck, unless you plan on trying to match a pic. I think, like Rob mentioned at one point, you can build an awesome wreck off the combined ideas from a number of wrecked effect that you see. Tigers, Panthers, T-62's, 55's, whatever. You like the damage go for it!

Why worry, each of us is wearing an unlicensed nuclear accelerator on his back.

Yes, Boss but I did manage to primer the Academy (Brown base) to make the dark yellow (base coat) I was on the process of pre-shading when the rain started to pour, its raining the whole day, just a few hours of sun is not enough.

Update: Primer coat is lacquer is Brown, preshaded and base coated it dark yellow... will check if Nato Green works if not I'll have to drop by again in the LHS for the Olive Green or close to it... Brown, I'm thinking if the Vallejo Saddle Brown works... if not Tamiya Red brown or Flat brown or Nato Brown. Still finishing the road wheels, I got 3 sets of it I'm only using my phone, no Camera at this time, so the pre-shaded area is not very visible. Thanks for looking!!!

Some progress this week, somehow the tamiya paint (dark yellow) reacted with the Tamiya lacquer (Flat) giving it a faded chipped look but if you notice some of the roadwheels didn't react with the lacquer. did a freehand camo with a vert thin Nato Green and Brown. next stop a bit of dark Iron for the Zim damage to have that worn out effect. Thanks for looking!!! Cheers!! ER

Slowly creeping up to the finished line, I did a black oil paint on the scrape zim... redone the barrel with German Grey ( Checking reference courtesy of Mr. Stug III aka The Spudster) The rusting is a bit more light... it was a bit darker before, now is more of a reddish one any suggestion would help!!! thanks!!! Cheers!!! ER
