It may not look like a lot of parts but I'll bet you'll work your magic on it and make it look great.

Nice! I've got the 1/35 version of this BTR with a Zu-23/2 mounted on the top...didn't make the cut, but it sure got moved farther up the pile. I'm sure yours is going to motivate me even more!

Thanks Guys, I thought it looked pretty cool. How fast it gets done is an other question Andy, I have been known to do some larger scale stuff from time to time 1/48th Autoblinda and Puma 1/35th Sheridan, WITH Fruils 1/25th Centurion. That thing is huge 1/72nd Humber for reference I've also got a 1/35th Dragon Wagon loaded with a Panther. So you see I am a multi scale kinda Guy

I LOVE that Sheridan Jeff - which kit is that? The Academy ODS version? I really want one on my shelf and have been perusing what's out there...is yours OOB or any AM involved? Great builds all fella Thanks D. Yeah, it's Academy's "Gulf War" kit. The only thing I added where Fruils, and some extra stowage I had, all the rest was OOB. There where a lot of extra parts, and the MG set up was a little confusing but other than that it was a good kit to do. Like I said before a lot of extra parts, so you need to be careful that you get the right stuff before you start slinging glue

O.K. Let's get going, a small start. Kit contents. The detail is pretty good, but there's a lot of flash and some seams to take care of. The seam down the hood will stay, all the rest must go. So we're off like a Herd of Turtles.

Mornin' Leon, glad you'll get started soon. I need to finish up the SU before I really get going on this one. I've been doing some research on it and have come up with some good idea's to improve it.

That's nasty seam across in the center... they should have done better such doing it on side instead or something like that. But you will do a good job removing it... have fun!

Dupes - Remember, do not pick up any ICM kits in 1/72 UNLESS yer send 'em direct to the Braille Meister! No, no, Dicky...remind me in a month or two AFTER I've forgotten that I'm swearing off ICM braille scale kits!

Hey, wadda ya want for 11 bucks Consider it a silk purse/ Sows ear thing. The prooooblem is that you can find DML braille kits for 6-8 bucks! That being said, obviously their selection is limited. But WOW, man - that's a big mold seam!
