Gary i let the M48 dry for 24 hours due to the cold weather.I also read a few how to articles and they suggest 24 hours also.HTH

Oh Man Leon, when it get's to be time to weather this Beauty, go easy Bro, it looks spectacular the way it is. I really like the fencing. How did you think of that?

Jeff thank you buddy,i'll go light on the weathering .As for the fence i saw a few pics were the crews set up fencing at night to repel RPG's. Dicky glad you agree with Jeff,as it sounds like a great idea.

Man, you are getting me into trouble... I downsized my wish list on My Hobby Info. But I neglected to add a M48 kit to the list... my wife is not going to like it.
Your is looking great... can't wait to see it after a coat of flat clear.

This is looking really good.
A tip if I may? Use some MM Rust enamel. In my experience oils get too translucent when thinned out like you said. The dust was truly red in most areas where armor could operate.
