Very nice interior Luigi. Weathered to a T. Careful with the masking you don't want to get the insides dirty

Hey Jeff, thanks for the positive comments I'm planning to mask the openings with sponge pieces, a la Dicky

LOL mate I just wanted to keep it as light as I could, as it will be very dark with the upper body on. This way something should be still visible... Thanks for the kind words

Excellent Luigi, a shame so much of it will be hidden in the end!
Do you mix the pigments with the "True Earth" stuff or do you apply pigments dry first and then moisten?
Cheers, Tobi

John, thanks a lot I agree Neems. I even chose to do all the floor in white, as having the front part in green could be too dark. Steve, a guy on g+ was sure it was a sci-fi build

Cheers Advin I used both techniques. The deposits in the corners are done by adding true earth fix & wet to dry pigs, then going over them with some more pigments. This way I was able to add volume. The smaller deposits are made by mixing fix & wet and pigments to obtain a semidry compound, then brushing it where I wanted. I kept clean the brush dipping it into glass cleaner.

Hey Vlad, I don't know and probably they neither do I suppose that when there are high chances to be shot you tend to forget to wipe them Phil, thanks for the comment

Anyway, I finished the interiors. Now there's only the turret and the inside of the doors I will leave open to do. Here's the pics: Not much will be seen of this when it'll be closed, but it's hard to predict what will and what won't, so I tried to weather everything could be in sight: As you can see, the largest opening will be closed by the turret, but I can see much more than the pics show. So IMHO it was worth weathering everything. I also painted the engine bay black, to prevent unwanted sights of an empty desolation. And this is how it stands right now: Hope you guys like it. Ok, I will repeat it again: all comments and criticism are warmly welcome. Thanks for looking, anyway

Andy, no bunnies for this. The small dio will have water, tho... I have a pic of the afghan war that's inspiring me. Leon, John and Jeff thanks a lot Dicky, russians in Afghanistan were a bit too much on the informal side. They often used adidas shoes and there are even pics of soldiers in swimsuit. Andy, male soldiers, no female.
