I did the dryfit and I think the openings will not be available for the eye ;-)
Question: I would love to see air ducts on the place from the rear side windows. Anybody ideas on how to get some? Or how to scratch some?

Turned up with no luck at the moment. I've seen a couple for 25th scale Mustangs but none for the 1/12 you're working with. I'll keep looking but it doesn't look good for the aftermarket world.

Tnx for the effort, Mustang1989. I thought so I might need scratching them. But I have no clue how to do that. Anybody having ideas or examples on how to do so?

I'm drooling over your leather work. Awesome! The gaps on the fire wall are probably for the hood opening arms.

Stop drooling, you'll mess up the leather! That's an acceptable explanation about the gaps. Should check that out. Any body had idea's about a color for the underplate? Black is only black. Normally the body should beome white.

I wanted air intakes on the back windows. But I didn't know to produce them. With the help of a friend builder, we got this result. I'm thankfull to him, he's a scratchbuilder. I never had experience with aluminium. Now still need to close the inner side, so there no light coming trough from te inside.

Suuuwwweeeet!!! I was wondering whatever happened to this one! Great to see you back on this big beast again excerso!
As far as the gap goes, I wouldn't fill it myself. Mainly because it's not going to be able to see directly over the top of it and secondly because it breaks up the monotony of what are normally one piece tubs in the automotive modeling world. Looks great bud. Don't touch a thing.

Don't worry, I still continue the build. Only due to personal (relationship and health) and professional (to much) reasons, it was more on hold then going slow. But I start to have fun in building again.
You, as a mustang lover and specialist, don't have ideas what color to spray on the bottom?

I was there while the air intakes were made, it was impressive to see how patiently our friend folded and rolled the aluminium parts.
Good job so far mate, the interior looks smashing !

Thanks for the vote of confidence exserco. I'm not much of a specialist on late model Stang's but I did find this photo. It's of a Boss 302 undercarriage. See if you can use this:

@leon Thanks deafpanzerI was never away..... just a bit on the sideline ;-) Life of a hardworking single man is not so simple as everybody would expect. I need to do the household and going out for workin, all by myself. But I don't complain...... it has advantages also.
