Leon, the respirator is only for appearances sake, Andy's always half baked on some kinda fumes off in his basement. Pete, Bill - Thanks you guys! I played around with the Leo's arse tonight. Whatcha think so far fellas? Once again im at a point where ive not a clue what to do next. Ill sleep on it and see what comes to mind by tomorrow.

Many thank my MSC brothers! Nemo, Jeff - Any picture references on what a proper pintle hitch and convoy sign look like? Hi Gary, you have the convoy light already in place: It's the plate that is under the gun crotch, the germans then have a white cross on this plate which is illuminated by a small lamp mounted on the raised cross part in the middle. You can see it here on the right: You could always choose a different type like the WW2 stuff: this one is from an SWS half track, the same style as StuG Pz 3 / 4 etc. top open - very dark green bottom open - red Paul

Gary glad to help . The lifting eyes are fine, just imagine the crew and how thankful they would be hooking up a tow cable to something that can be easily found when covered in dirt and in the middle of the night As for the towing pintle well, most modern vehicles seem not to have any. But if you're going for it then I would use a piece of hollow brass rod, stuck onto a square of white stuff with 4 bolt heads, for the pintle itself I'd use white stuff that is a good 2mm thick and cut and sand it to shape . Nice stuff on the tow points Gaz. Sounds like you got some good ideas for your hitch. Dive in buddy, you'll get it figured.
