Did I mention there was "a lot of pieces" to this one? LOL!! I think too many but it is what it is! I was still plugging away at the undercarriage which lead into the platform of the car. Here is the carriage in the final construction stage: I was a bit off in my calculation of parts until this point earlier...there are 106 pieces here! Moving forward there are many more to the suspension work needed for under the platform. This is a 2-piece platform design and both halves are identical so everything needs to be built "X2". But just when you think that you are done....more parts!!!!! Things do have a way of coming together.... The Carriage and platform almost together for good:

I went ahead and started replacing these small handles with brass rod. Well, that is where she sits at the moment. Hope to squeeze some more time in on this soon!! Thanks for stopping by!!

This is one of those kits, I wish I could afford, being a Model Railroad Guy! Hopefully there will be more updates on the build.

Not to worry Steven, I will be getting back to this at some point in the near future. As for picking this one up, it has been discontinued but there is a slightly different version from MiniArt available!! Thanks for taking the time to swing in!!

Thanks for showing off the kit/your building of it. Looking at getting one, but only for the chassis and then scratch build the body so it's a San Francisco cable car.

This is interesting, Todd. I saw this kit and thought about your past dio with a Russian eyeballing a wrecked streetcar. I am sure many ideas can come with this kit. Do you plan just to build it or are figures part of the plan?
