We could have just started building that Accurate Armour kit. With the ten of us in there, it would have been ready for paint in less than an hour!

Thanks for stopping by Carl!! Nice getting the paint to shoot better for you! #1 reason next to high pressure for bad results! I actually tried some out on a metal figure...cured and then rubbed the s**t out of it with my thumb...never came off!! Thanks Andy!! you would think I was...LOL!! I have been dragging my feet as of late!! I am really looking forward to painting this one up though!!

Another tip I learned from Mr T... removing the needle cap (guard) it does make a difference too.

A) I wouldn't do anything else to this build. Looks sooooo smooth in that primer coat!
B) Vallejo makes an FS36375-specific primer? How did I not know this? And how did I not get any at Armorcon???

LOL...thanks Dupes!! It is tough to paint after the primer...I love the clean look of it!! As for the FS36375...not sure how you did not know about this! They have a large selection of primers in many different colors. This is fairly specific to that US Navy color. Kind of a one stop shopping when it comes to painting a plane.....hit it with the primer and go!!

Garsh, this one went together fast! I'm kind of leaning with the crowd here, it's making me want to build a Bradley.

Nothing like a coat of primer to make a build really start looking better eh Todd.

Russ - Thanks! It was a quick easy build for sure! Little things that the Bradley fan would want to change but well worth the effort for a real fun time!!! John - Thank you!! Just like one....a little bit worn and rusty here and there and trying to keep from leaking all over the place!! LOL!!! Leon - Thank you sir!! Primer sits #3 on my hit parade!! Eclipsed only by paint and weathering!

Is this sucker going to be 100% sand, or is it going to play mix-and-match with temperate camo? I've seen M3A3s go both ways and in just about every configuration. Sand body, OD armor. OD body, sand armor. So on...

Hey Carl....sometimes in long sessions the paint will build up on the prongs or cover resulting in some spatter and eventually clogging. If you are going fine with it on, have at it brotha! One caution when removing it is as you would expect, either stabbing yourself with the needle several time during a session or bending the needle.

Thanks Todd . I do notice that build up but have cleaned it off with a brush dipped in lacquer thinner . If I could avoid that it would be a time saver . Maybe I will be wearing some of those sewing thimbles to protect my finger tip ?
