Nice looking base, Leon! The dusting will probably take care of it, but your finish looks a bit glossy (maybe it's just the pics). Planning on a flat coat?

Duped thank you! It is still glossy from the seal coat over the decals.I'll defo do a flat coat after the weathering. |

Morning fellas! Made a little more progress on the base yesterday morning before the Mrs. had me help her rearrange 3 rooms and get rid of a lot junk we no longer need.I added some grass tufts from Fredericus-Rex and a crushed barrel from Armand Bayardi.Next up is weathering the Stryker. BTW...The grass tufts look darker in person.     Thanks for looking,as always ACW. |

Just don't use that tablecloth as a backdrop for the finished build and you'll be fine Leon! Talk about camo... Nice to see this one coming back around and nearing the finish line. |

Morning guys! The SPG is finished and it's time to finish the Stryker after 7 months on the shelf. Finally got the the flat coat on a few minutes ago and going to let this cure till tomorrow.I'll try to post some pics later.Fingers crossed I can get this dusted up tomorrow and get it off the bench.Stay tuned in!!!! |
