A lovelly bust and a great progress! It seems to me that you still have to work the differences between the face and the hair, but everything is well put to its place. Are your painting with acyllics?

Ah, the Life Bust! Have seen some of this stuff and they´re doing very good sculpting work here, the face is absolute stunning! Love the weathered clothing, the details and especially the stick of the grenade! Heck, I cannot produce any ideas for BUSTS, grmbl, so lets concentrate only on the paint job!

An outstanding paint job, like the work on the mag pouches and the Y-straps, I have some from my reenactment days and that is spot on.

He really turned out well Terry, I especially like the work and look you have achieved with the uniform...you hit the nail on the head!! That cigarette slightly burning is a great touch! All the best for any upcoming competition should you decide to enter him...I would!! Cheers Shay |
