Sweet! Congrats again.
Are all these in the Completed Build threat (well, other than the one you finished up as you were rolling out the driveway...)?

So, umm...congrats? Lol. You really should let some other folks win once in a while...nah...not really. Congrats on the new display bases haha.

Are all these in the Completed Build threat (well, other than the one you finished up as you were rolling out the driveway...)? They are! Everything I took (other than the other parts of my Sd.Kfz.234 collection) have been posted on here since the end of last October. Oh, and I finished three builds on my way out the driveway. Get it right!

You really should let some other folks win once in a while...nah...not really. Funny, I hear that a lot at the shows, too. My response is usually "build more"!

Haha. Easy for you to say. And only three before the end of the driveway? You're slipping.

Nice haul as to be expected Dupes! Looks like you still have a net reduction in the stash vs. the acquisitions...at least for now.

Yeah...there needs to be some more net-reductioning, though. I need to find a way to go on a kit-buying hiatus and switch over to kit-selling mode instead!

Guessing by now you could tile the cave floor with awards Dupes! Congrats! Nice haul too! You need to set up a table at the next show and sell the stuff you need to get rid of to make room for the stuff you want!

I think you're probably right, T! At least put a good dent in it.
Somebody told me I should nail them to the trees lining my driveway to intimidate anyone coming to visit the basement. Haaaahahahahahahaaaaa

Still on a bit of a bench hiatus but picked this up. I've been 0-2 on wrapping up the last 2 planes I started but I'm hoping for a more determined effort this time around. My boy is fixated on the mk.viii in grey nurse markings so I'm sure he'll be insistent that I finish this one up. Cheers Jeff

Had these two show up yesterday and somehow avoid getting soaked in the stupid amounts of rain that that hit Austin. The Hornet is destined for CF-18 treatment. I've got a lovely Leading Edge decal sheet that covers off on every CF-18 in service. The Chieftain will probably get the Berlin Brigade urban camo. I found this pic when I was snooping around and just love it. I've got a thing for "end of war" images lately...there's a great one of a German Do 335 repainted in USAAF stars and bars, with the wreckage of German aircraft strewn around (there's at least an He 162 and Me 262 visible). The Cold War wasn't a war...but seeing a guardian of Berlin put out to pasture like this evokes a similar sense.

My son, Zach (age 8) and I had a great time this morning at BayCon in Rhode Island. The new facility is really nice, although the vendor area was a bit cramped. Both Zach and I got a few things, but as you can see from the pic, one of us got a bit more loot than the other.. I'll bet you can guess which way the scales tipped.

A Hasegawa Raiden? Why do I think my new Japanese addiction is rubbing off on you? That was my raffle win...but it keeps yelling at me to build it while I watch the game tonight.

Of course, I'd be willing to trade something for it (as usual). ...so long as you don't start it whilst watching the game tonight. Don't you have a couple of shelf queens gathering dust that could use some attention?

Truth be told, if I start something, it'll be that 122mm howitzer. That is nice! Although, I did find a metal barrel for it...mmmmmmmm.

A SciFi project for the winter months... A nearby carpenter is doing an individual oakwood base for it as well.

I got it from Squadron last week, they were doing a sale and it was about 5 bucks cheaper than the place I usually frequent. as for the build... its at least 3 kits in the background LOL .... because based on the builds I have already seen, theres alot of room for some improvements inside and out. .... and I gotta find the perfect Hesco Bastion. I will probably build my own.....
