Thanks for all the great comments fellas.  IM BUMMED.......  Cowboys lost the game and it gutted me, SO i went and wiped my eyes with some styrene (And sniffed a lil glue....takes tha edge off  ) and got the basket finished and attatched.   No more football this year for me. COWBOYS GOT SCREWED by the replay officials! Im so angry!!!!   AAAAARRRRRRGGGGGGG!!!!!!  OK, thats out of my system. Nite nite Gents, Gary |

Great job on the basket Gary!! Looks sharp!! Sorry about the game! I typically don't follow along with the game myself but I do know the obsession! If there is any comfort though, Andy is probably all fired up about the next one for his girls...I mean team!! LOL! Keep that mojo rollin!!!

So sorry about the Cowboys... I immediately thought about you when the call was reversed. It was a good game even tho as I admit I didn't expect the Cowboys to do better this season. Hang in there buddy... just pull out your hidden stash posters of Cowgirls you will be OK.
What a huge improvement on the basket!!! Bet it was worth drilling every hole, huh? LOL

BTW, im sick of drillin holes.....just sayinThe pics of all those holes being drilled sent a shudder through me that was unnerving. I was flashed back in time to drilling out the dive brakes and a Helldiver.  the work is as fine as frog's hair bro.

All i did to the plastic was scrub it in 91% Iso Alcohol -seemed to work fantastic.....it is STUCK on the hull! |

How soon do you use it after spraying the texture? Not sure what ya mean Andy. I scrubbed the Bare plastic with the Alcohol and it dried within a minute or two, then i began to mask the areas with no AS and when done masking i sprayed the Textured paint on in 2 coats and VOILA!!! |
