Hi ho, hi ho, your 109 doesn't blow. Really nice. Things are coming together and this scheme is just as awesome on the model as it is on the color profile. Dang you are moving along at lightning pace. You build any faster and you just may catch up with Dupes...nah...probably not...but one can dream

What you two lack in quantity you more than make up for in quality.

Sounds like the perfect excuse to hit the bench! And some nice decal results to go with it of course.

Wow Marc. I got behind on my thread watching and completely missed this one. Fantastic work. Made some great recoveries too. Decals really rocking this one. Superb!

I concur. Your speed to quality ratio here is most impressive. And that's with a couple of bouts of forgetfulness. Nothing to fault on this one at all. I'm looking forward to seeing it on my computer screen instead of my phone.

White finishes are one of the hardest to photograph accurately Marc, I feel your pain! Very nice finish on this one regardless, now on to that Corsair!

WOW, thanks fells... really appreciate the comments and you following along. I know there were some comments about how fast that was but... dupes?... you think it was fast? Well it's no secret you are the authority on "fast".(nudge, nudge, wink, wink) OK, really done this time.... I think... Fixed the "way too green"? on the spinner and props by layering on some transparent coats of thin black Vallejo, added some exhaust staining and weathered the exhaust pipes since they were too shiny. Different backdrop and camera = better photos.

Impressive!!! Fourth beautiful build just in two months... I think I should have US Customs check your man cave to make sure you are not running a sweat shop or something like that?

Marc, not quite sure what you mean is it controllable? Are you talking about the white removal? Yes it is. The darkest spots in the top photo are made with a pad that is so barely damp with alcohol it took a bit a scrubbing to that much off. One thing was that I didn't mention was the paint gets soft so it picked up some lint from he little pad I was suing. but that was taken care of with a light sanding with 4000 micro mesh. Exactly what I meant. Interesting technique! I'll have to give this a try.

Glad you like it. Kind of a variation of the hairspray technique. The scary thing is I knew what you meant. Implies like thinking. I just don't know who that would be bad for
