Nice to see more progress on this one Eddy! I also saw, for those curious about these early Pz III variants, that the New TMD put out an update set for the rear engine decks that is supposed to address the shortcomings on these Miniart kits in that department. Maybe enough to entice me to get one...

Finally the decals are on and the color modulation is finished, now the weathering can start. For the exhaust I used the hairspray technique Eddy Eddy Sorry a really, really, huge, mega-noob question. I've just come back to the hobby in after a 25+year break - not that I was any good in my youth - and I was seriously admiring your exhausts - yes I can be pretty sad sometimes - and noticed the reference to this mysterious "...hairspray technique". Could you enlighten me as to what's involved, as I think it looks amazing! Oh and yes, the rest of the tank looks damned fine as well!! Yours Andrew PS please try not to laugh too much.......please!!

eddy: Panzer III?...glad I surfed on over! I admire your willingness to take on that scratch-work, it came out great! The simple brown over gray camo' is sweet, simple, but dare I say SEXY too!!! I'm looking forward to seeing the weathering!

What a recovery action on the deck ! The paint job is done by an experienced modeler, and I can't wait to see this one completely weathered and finished !

Sir you have taken a very complex looking model and turned it into a piece of art that stands up against any Panzer III ! Great job cannot wait to see the finished product.
