OK folks, whats your turn is mine! Most of you are coming up with a second, a third bust so I have to thought what can I do not to get lost in the tunnel. A second sculpt has to be shown that means. OK, it is an old sculpt of mine, but I will do more work on it this time when I can stay in the time frame. It is a bigger bust of A THING FROM ANOTHER WORLD, combines lots of designs (they did unbelievable stuff in the second movie, playing at the norwegian station) and the reason why I startet it was an idea for a Base I hope to incorporate this sculpt in. It should be seen ramming through a wooden floor, with pieces of mud, snow, some cables. Stuff like this. I have to add some thing like details, detail the mouth and jaw and then I can call it done.

Ron, TRM et moi have talked about the possibility of doing something special things with the themes of sculpting, what to use, material check, tools and techniques, so I guess we can tackle all questions detailed and in little tutorials on how to do it. I hope, every guy here who has done a little bit of sculpting will contribute so we can build up something special! for now, getting things smooth: I use a moisted finger to smooth out and brushes of different sizes to work on the surface. After a little practice, this works fine. Most important: Keep the brush moisty, NOT wet and wait till the sculpting compound starts to harden. When it is fresh, the surface will brittle. And a little polish after hardening with steel wool or very fine wet´n dry sandpapier will finish the job. Lucas: Its THING TIME. And time for my sick brain to come up with even more sicker, hm, things. Harhar!

The sicker the better, Deaf. For figures of this kind that means. Heck, I have to wait for tons of new magic sculpt so I am a bit pressed to sit down and wait. For that reason, I go on over to the other Barbarossa building experience with new figures. But this time a Dragon kit (here I need nothing to sculpt. I guess...)

Hey Shay, I think it will go in the fleshy direction, some pale flesh, zombiegrey, blues and reds. This will be the way to go, I will have him or it, hm, a "worm like" appearence, some slime, some goo to make it even more sick.
Yeah, now all depends on Todd how he has time to settle up the new "forum" and I can start writing. And dont´t wait, begin with something. I think about Pooh and know that I want see more!

Deaf, you are right! But believe, I am working on a sculpt that could MAYBE a good avatar. Would take quite a while because it has to be finished and painted, but I AM REALLY SURE especially YOU will LOVE it!
Thanks Deano! I hope the rest of the creep will come out in the same mood!
