By the way, just for curiosity, whats the age of that kit?? Is a figure provided?? That kit was released by DML in the early '90s...but was originally released by Gunze Sangyo in the mid '80s!

DML`s PE - Not quality detail. I will be easy click on some aftermarket PE & Resin at excellent website by tonight! I agree. Very thick and rigid material. From heat no becomes softer. In addition, the pattern on the inner side better. I turned them over, but thin strips had to do it myself. do not claim to be one hundred percent authentic

Thanks Jeremy, hope it's helpful! You're right about the PE...it's actually steel PE and extremely hard to work with vs. brass. You're better off replacing the screens with something else for sure.

you can recommend the spielberg book? Coro69 - Excellent book! Hardcover, 256 pages Sturmgeschutz & Its Variants (Spielberger German Armor & Military Vehicles Series, Vol 2) The Spielberger series shows in factory, test and combat photographs, and detailed line drawings, all production models, prototypes and modifications of specific armor and military vehicles. Volume I covers all variations of the "Panther" tanks, including all vehicles that used the Panther chassis. Volume II on the Sturmgeschutz assault guns, shows all short and long gun versions, as well as the various support vehicles of the Sturmartillerie. Upcoming volumes include: Volume III on the Panzer IV, and Volume IV and the Panzer III.

Off to a good start Jeremy. The Spielberger books are very nice references to have for sure...even if they tend to be a little pricey depending.
