This will be my entry into the GB. Now if I finish, That is another story, I have 4 projects in the works right now that have to be done at the same time.
Actually some of them Paying. So they do bump the pleasure Builds.
This was a $25 Ebay find so that pretty much blows my Budget so there will be a lot of Scratch building of accessories and kit bashed figures as I want this one in an early Days Atlantic Wall (1940) setting with bunker and turntable.
Nice choice BJ!! Break out the Big Guns!! Thanks for the wakeup call on the GB as well!! LOL! Looks like I better find something quick-like! I wonder if I could use something from he stash I got for review and never built yet!
I always listen when someone comes up with "scratchbuild" accessories, kit-bashed figures and stuff like that! So I am here, eagerly waiting for what you will come up with!
Well what I am thinking of doing if I can fine enough Info is to build the Barrel Limber for this version.. I have a few photos but still trying to find more info, as what I would like the final scene to be is the "Pit" just about finished with the turntable and track in place with the cradle installed waiting on a crane/lift to come by and install the barrel.
Just need to figure out what they used to install the barrel in the early part of the war.

Sounds complicated! And very interesting, especially such technically stuff. The most complicated stuff for me would be to work as acurate and realistic as possible, in this detail range. For me, doing mostly "not so realistic" stuff it is far more easy to build things which look believable, but aren´t realistic. So my deepest respect for you military builder for doing this super cool work!
