Hmmm, have you tried to access the site via a different computer or your phone? If it's accessible via your other devices then that would point to an issue with the device you're using that is causing the error.

Do you know how to clear the browser cache on your PC? That is what you should do next.
From google AI
The "This site can't provide a secure connection" error occurs when there's a problem with the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) connection between your device and the website you're trying to access. This error can appear on different browsers, such as Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox. Here are some common reasons for this error: * Invalid or expired SSL certificate * Incorrect time and date settings * Faulty browser extensions * Outdated or corrupted browser * Overly aggressive security settings * Obsolete or ineffective protocols and ciphers
To fix this error, you can try these steps: * Clear your browser's cache and cookies. In Chrome, you can press Ctrl + Shift + Delete, select the time range, and click Clear data. * Disable browser extensions. * Try opening the website in a different browser. If it works, the issue is with your browser.

One last question, when was the last time you accessed the site via your PC and did the error occur then?

Had that same problem a lot yesterday. Seems fine today. I was at a loss for reading material for a while there.
