Awesome work here too. I've seen this kit pop up a time or two and it looked like a really interesting subject. This is very cool.

Thank you kindly. It really was a joy to build. The frame and engine, though multi part assemblies, are quite impressive.

Good to hear. I think it looks really cool. I might slide it onto my radar.

Good to hear. I think it looks really cool. I might slide it onto my radar. Thank you. Copper State Models has a rather impressive line of WWI aircraft and vehicles. The vehicles are of the armored car variety. Their resin figures are very nice as well. I like their products, and I am not sponsored by them.

Good endorsement, even if they aren't paying you. Lol. You know the first thing of theirs I saw was the wire wheels. Incredibly nice. So that led me to look more into their kits.

I do need to let you know that those wheels are their 3D printed ones that are sold separately. They are about $23, and they are worth the price of admission. The kit offerings are not bad for styrene, but these are just that much better.

No would ya just loogathat! Beautifully painted and brushed on at that!! Fantastic turn out on this one Dave. I don't think I've ever heard of this modeling manufacturer before but it looks like they know what they are doing in terms of detail and it looks like you got your money's worth with the kit AND the wheels. You got a shot of what's under the hood?

It was fun following your build on FB! It came out great especially its colorful camo. It was the main reason why I had to grab two of those at recent eats show. Safe to say it's your fault too? However I didn't grab the CSM figures cause I thought the prices were too high at the show after talking with you.

You got a shot of what's under the hood? Thank you Joe. This build prompted me to take stock of the condition of my fine detail brushes. Not bad, but needing some TLC. The company started stateside, and was purchased. I believe they are based out of Latvia now. They have done a wonderful job producing quality kits. I have some pics of what is under the hood, which I did not glue down. I am trying to locate them.

I am glad you didn't grab the figures then. Sounded like a bit of price gouging.

Hand painted? !!! Good grief that is an amazing camo job! Thank you. Yup! Hand painted. I contemplated airbrushing, but the amount of masking would have made me more mental than I already am. So, brush it was.

The engine cover is not glued on, so that I may display it. The fuel tank was a painting exercise. Also I painted it for the simple joy of painting that color.
