I'm a bit late this week in posting this but I've got a good block of time to do just that today. We simply could NOT post that picture up on the banner without some good words and kudos to go out to such great work. When I saw Chris do all the decal work on this aircraft I was beyond stunned. The labor involved in this beauty was, I'm sure, very time consuming and tedious. This is without a doubt, one of the best F-15 models I've seen built to date. Stunning decal work coupled with masterful paint and detailing bring out the very best in this beautiful build. Congratulations on a job well done Chris ( themongoose ). Thanks guys! It was a superbly fun 6 months on this one. The digi camo (umegumi) lettering, squadron insignia, and plum tree your looking at are airbrushed and the stencils are all DXM Aggressor decals. I saw a pic of this beauty landing and had to try and recreate the scene!

Beautiful!!! (Why is it brown on the header banner?) That is something that is still baffling me. I didn’t change a thing on the picture but every time I put it up there ( and I tried it several times) it did that. |
