HI ! Here another project I been working on the side AVRO CANADA where not into AIRCRAFT only , in the late 50' , they have propose an M.60 early type TURBO propulsion project ,Alto there is not much information on it ,i manage to locate 3 images of the project , I started to do the modification of the TAMIYA kit , so far I have completed the basic inner details and now working on the outside details ! I was going to say that your project is actually built on a M48 hull, not an M60 hull. But you have already converted the glacis area to the hemispherical shape of the M48 instead of the flat plates of the M60. Well done! The one in the photo looks to be built off of either a basic M48, a M48A1, or M48A2 by the fender configuration with smaller stage boxes, the pioneer tool rack, and no air filter boxes on the fenders. Those were introduced on the diesel engined M48A3 rebuilds. This should be a neat one to follow.

Thanks gentleman.. Well some say it an early m.60 , other say it's an M.48 ..I'm not a ARMOUR guy , so I could'nt tell the difference as long it look like on the pic , I know the engine bay is not as on the pic bare with me I'm not there yet ! Glad you like the project , more to come shortly ...be carefull of the white stuff and do not get it in your nose they say on the bag ..lol

The M60 and M48 are similar, being that the M60 evolved from the M48 design. Trust me, I used to teach tank ID classes in the army. M60 M48
