Two questions about Russian Armour

I don't know much at this moment about Russian vehicles and want to know some things from you

What are those two round things on the engine deck I think one fuel and the other water but which is which?



And the inside of the hatches on the cupola, are those white or green?

Hey Ron!! Not sure what those circles are, but someone will probably chime in soon with an answer. As for the interior, go with the white/off white coloring! Great job, from what I can see so far!!! Keep it coming!

Im no expert but when i painted my T34 i did them in an off white as in some reference pics the inner side of the hatches looked a lot lighter then the green shade on the turret here is some inside pics of a T34/85 from Duxford it shows a white colouring on the turret walls so i would guess the hatches would be white too and on the 2 circles just put a few oil stains around them both as oil and fuel would be spilt eveywhere on the rear deck thats my 10 pence worth but others may have more knowledge then me hope this helps

Danb indeed looking at the pictures its looks that the hatch is white, Maybe they were painted also green..... I hope want I have painted them green
